If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery or are experiencing a health condition, please contact me to discuss your particular needs as a general group class might not be suitable. I can offer 1-1 classes tailored to your particular needs.


I teach open-level group yoga classes (hatha flow, yin yoga) and specialist yoga classes (pregnancy and postnatal yoga). Some classes are only offered on a pre-pay basis in blocks or class passes, others are drop-in classes. Please take a look at the bookings page where you will find information on group classes, times, levels, venues and cost, drop-in or pre-pay.

I offer one to one Yoga sessions at the Sunflower Centre or at Anjaneya Studio in SE4.

Reasons for one-to-one sessions vary but might include the wish to establish a self-practice or deepen your practice, you might have a health issue, the class times/ days offered don't suit at present, or you just simply prefer the one-to-one teaching experience. One to one sessions are tailored specifically to you, your needs and wellbeing goals - we work together to establish the most suitable and beneficial practice for you.

'Blissed out Fridays' has become the go to event in SE London and spaces sell out fast, don't miss out and book your space early.
Early Bird rate £18, book & pay by 20th of the month, thereafter £22.

Wear comfortable loose clothing, cotton or bamboo is recommended. Layering is good as it allows you to take off / put on clothing to suit your body temperature. Avoid strong caffeine and heavy food at least 2 hours before the class and make sure you are well hydrated. It can be disruptive to classes in progress to have students arriving late, so please be on time. Please be as quiet as possible on arriving and leaving to avoid disrupting other classes, therapies in the space.
