“The Friday eve Yoga class was brilliant and very beneficial for me. I am used to Yin Yoga which I find suits me very well and find rejuvenating so I wondered how I would experience a different approach. I liked the way they compliment each other. I was very impressed with how much thought you had given to the structure to the class and to the environment. You had thought through from the students' perspective what was needed and also what adds to the experience. The music, chimes, tea and fairy lights, the plants and of course the tea and cakes afterwards all gave the evening a warm and inclusive feel.”
