"Thanks for the fantastic sessions. I attended one to one pregnancy yoga sessions with Lisa from when I was 30 weeks pregnant and there after mum & baby yoga sessions. Lisa's yoga studio has a restorative, peaceful atmosphere and Lisa exudes calming energy in the yoga methods and knowledge she uses within her sessions. During the sessions and follow-up, I always felt as she was focused on my individual needs, ensuring that the yoga practise would fulfil them whilst restoring my energy. London life with two kids under 5, household & career to manage definitely needs regular restoration ;-) I will definitely be continuing yoga with Lisa"
Mum & Baby Yoga
“We have so enjoyed your class. Particularly in the early months, it was the highlight of our week. It was wonderful to learn ways of playing with a little tiny baby- we used the songs and actions a lot at home. It was also great to find a restful space for myself, amid our hectic days, and to feel that I was recovering from the experience of childbirth.”
Blissed out Friday
“The Friday eve Yoga class was brilliant and very beneficial for me. I am used to Yin Yoga which I find suits me very well and find rejuvenating so I wondered how I would experience a different approach. I liked the way they compliment each other. I was very impressed with how much thought you had given to the structure to the class and to the environment. You had thought through from the students' perspective what was needed and also what adds to the experience. The music, chimes, tea and fairy lights, the plants and of course the tea and cakes afterwards all gave the evening a warm and inclusive feel.”
“Lisa's yoga classes are so much more than your average yoga class! I take both the Hatha Flow class followed by Yin Yoga and I love both of them equally. Not only is it an uplifting and enhancing experience physically but I always feel energised and enlightened mentally, emotionally and spiritually! It is a genuine pleasure to be taught by Lisa and in the middle of a busy week it is so lovely to been given the time and space to step away and take stock and really relax. I feel very lucky to be able to have a real "yang-yin" experience in the middle of Brockley - thank you Lisa!”
